Tsi-Tsi-Ki Felix

Tsi-Tsi-Ki Félix is an award-winning,DC-based news anchor for Univision Washington Newscasts and National Host of “PoliticaYa con Tsi-Tsi-Ki Félix”, she’s also a longtime friend of Alianza Americas. She is a native of Michoacán, Mexico and attended DePaul University in Chicago. Previously, she worked with Telemundo Chicago, where she led coverage of presidential campaigns and their impact on Latino communities. She has been a speaker for TED Talks on issues related to immigration and freedom of the press, was an anchor for Noticiero Univision and Despierta America, and she facilitated a panel discussion with two Members of Congress at Alianza Americas’ 2018 National Leadership Assembly.

Pastor Michael McBride

Pastor Michael McBride (known as “Pastor Mike”) is a native of San Francisco and has been active in ministry for over 20 years. Regarded as a national faith leader, active in the Ferguson uprisings and many subsequent uprisings, he helps bridge, train and support millennials and religious institutions working on racial justice and black liberation. Pastor McBride has served on a number of local and national tasks forces as Director for the Lifelines to Healing/LIVE FREE Campaign with Faith In Action, a campaign led by hundreds of faith congregations throughout the United States committed to addressing gun violence and mass incarceration of young people of color.  He is also a co-founder of Community Justice Reform Coalition and the National Black Brown Gun Violence Prevention Consortium. Pastor McBride founded The Way Christian Center in West Berkeley, where he presently serves as the Lead Pastor.

Yanira Arias

Yanira Arias is a Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holder from El Salvador who joined the Alianza Americas staff team in August, 2014 followed by the need for coordinated actions in response to the detention and stigmatization of thousands of Central American children and their families at the U.S southern border. By December 2014 she became Alianza Americas new National Campaigns Manger. From 2017 to present she has led Alianza Americas TPS campaign assisting organizational members implement the network’s educational, legislative and organizing strategy aimed to protect and find a legislative solution that provides lawful permanent residency for more than 300 thousands TPS holders.

RICHARD MORALES

Richard Morales is the immigration policy and program director for LA RED, a national campaign organized by Faith in Action focused on dismantling the mass deportation machine and immigrant detention, ending local contracts with ICE, and stopping the cooperation between local governments and ICE while also pursuing pro-immigrant legislation through national and local efforts. Richard also leads Faith in Action’s efforts to implement a large network of sanctuary congregations, defunding mass detention and deportation, and protecting individual network members from deportation.

DULCE MARIA DOMINGUEZ

Dulce Maria Dominguez was born in Ixtapan de la Sal, Mexico and immigrated with her family at the age of two. She is a member of Alianza Americas’ 2019-2020 Leadership Institute, and a member of Lake County Immigrant Advocacy, a small grassroots organization seeking to spread awareness on immigration issues, and empower young immigrants to become more civically engaged. Dulce also began a new role as the Community Engagement Manager for Mano a Mano Family Resource Center where she is responsible for key external relationships
